Dear NFBA Members...

One of the benefits of being a member of the NFBA is being able to communicate to your fellow members....

What Your Needs Are. Lets say you need to make a change in your office space, you need to hire a new employee, you need help with a problem in your business etc, etc....

You Are Looking For More Sales. Maybe you have a particular expertise or niche that you want to explode, you are overstocked on an item, you are having a promotion or sale, you have a new product or service or let’s say that Sam (Remax on the Coast) has just listed a house that the owner needs to sell right now and is a great buy below market. Sam could make contact with all the members of the group to see if anyone might have an interest or knows of anyone that might.

You Have An Idea. Lets say that you have an idea and your not sure that it makes sense. A lot of us do not have other people to bounce off or bat around an idea. If you don't, you would be surprised how helpful it is to have a sounding board.

You Have An Announcement. Maybe you made a big sale, you have a new employee, you brought in a partner, opened a new office etc, etc... Now, to do these things we can meet in person, share the info at a meeting, make phone calls, send out emails or faxes. As our group grows, the power of our members to benefit from each other is unlimited. I want to encourage you to give this concept a try. I will personally send out an email about something about my business that I want to share. Let me know what you think.
